We
dedicate this auspicious project on the occasion of the International Conference
on
“The
Buddhism in the New Era: Chances and Challenges”
held
on July 15-17,2006 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
by
the Vietnam Buddhist University (aka Vietnam Buddhist Research Institute),
and offer this prayer:
May the Path of the Buddha grow brighter,
May the Dharma become clearer .
May this country be at peace in the cities and rural areas.
May all follow the Way of right practice.
May nature be safe.
May people in society be free and equal.
May the refreshing breeze of compassion enter into this burning world,
allowing the sun of wisdom to shine clearly in the cloudy sky, so that
the path of liberation is appreciated everywhere and the Dharma rain falls,
benefit all species.
May the Sangha who is present here practice diligently, showing concern
and love for each other as they would for their own family, transforming
their consciousness.
Buddhas in the ten directions,
Let our heart be feel with Peace,
Let us speak only the Truth,
Let our actions be done only with Love.
May all beings be Happy,
May all beings be Healthy
And have enough to eat,
May all beings live in Peace,
With each other and on this Earth.
